It also makes a good Roman blind, because the half-width repeat centres cleanly. Put it with a plain cotton in the ground white and one of the woven checks from the same collection. Sold by the half metre; order a sample to see it in your own light.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe 69 centimetre horizontal repeat divides the width exactly in two, so a blind made from a single width will centre with a full repeat either side. Tell your maker to set out from the centre. Allow one 45 centimetre repeat per drop on curtains plus ten per cent.
