Trunks are described with a few loaded strokes and left slightly uneven, the canopy is built up in layers of translucent colour so that light appears to fall through it from behind, and the undergrowth at the foot of the drop is denser and darker than the branches above. The half-drop match staggers the trunks between lengths so they never line up in a rank and the wood reads as continuous.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eHang it on all four walls or not at all. This is not a feature-wall design; its effect depends on the room closing around you, which means a study, a small dining room, a bedroom or a hall where the paper can turn every corner.
