There are five colourways: Blue, cool and formal; Aqua, fresher and lighter; Lovat\/Red, a tweedy green against a warm red; Red\/Green, the most traditional; and Red\/Plum, the deepest and most opulent. It is a formal paper, so we would keep the rest of the furnishings restrained. Curtains in the same room are best kept plain, in a single colour drawn from the paper. Assuming a standard 10 metre roll, a 4 metre wall with a 75 centimetre repeat will need four rolls. Allow extra for a chimney breast or any awkward angles, since the pattern must balance around them.
