Collection: Schumacher Fabric

F. Schumacher & Co has been working in New York since 1889, and the archive behind it shows. The fabric range covers documentary prints, wovens, velvets and a long line of designer collaborations, so the character shifts considerably from one collection to the next.

We tend to use the prints where a room can carry pattern, and the plainer wovens for headboards and seating. Several hundred designs here. Sold by the half metre; samples are £2.50 and we would always send one before ordering curtain lengths.
