Carioca by Casamance uses a woven-straw effect to bring colour into a surface with pronounced grain. Inspired by Rio de Janeiro, the design concentrates on the relationship between its textured finish and the intensity of the palette. The appearance suggests interlaced plant fibres, reproduced in vinyl rather than as a natural straw wallcovering.
Each 70 cm-wide roll is 10.05 m long. The non-woven-backed vinyl has a free match with reversed alternate lengths; the listed vertical repeat is 64 cm. Paste the wall to hang. It is washable and can be removed by dry stripping.
