Casamance | Defile

Defile by Casamance builds botanical forms through varied embroidery over a cotton satin base. Changes in stitch and yarn create raised areas, with matte and more reflective finishes defining the curved shapes. The specification lists acrylic, viscose and polyester embroidery, giving the surface its mixture of texture and sheen.

The fabric is 130 cm wide and intended for curtains and cushions. Its straight-match pattern repeats every 48 cm vertically. Defile is sold in 0.5 m units. Do not wash, bleach or tumble dry; gentle professional dry cleaning and ironing up to 150°C are permitted.
