Matjara by Casamance sets a monogram motif against a textured ground that suggests woven material. Iriodin and hard lacquer develop the surface, bringing depth to the grain beneath the design. A matte paint-base ink gives the motif a different finish, making the relationship between the monogram and its textured background central to the pattern.
Each non-woven roll is 106 cm wide and 10.05 m long. The design uses a straight match with a 64 cm vertical repeat. Hang by pasting the wall. Matjara has a washable surface and can be removed by dry stripping.
