Mirissa by Casamance draws on the palms and coastal vegetation of southern Sri Lanka. The plant forms are printed onto a straw-effect surface, with a matte finish that lets the grain remain part of the design. Rotogravure printing creates the shifts of colour associated with the landscape at sunset.
The wallcovering is vinyl with a non-woven backing, supplied in rolls 70 cm wide and 10.05 m long. A straight match uses a 64 cm vertical repeat. For installation, apply paste to the wall. Mirissa has a washable finish and is dry strippable.
