Sapelli by Casamance recreates the appearance of timber planks using a design developed from banana-plant bark. Its natural-looking grain and deep colour draw on the African sapelli tree, while the finished material is vinyl on a non-woven backing. The distinction lies in the visual texture of wood translated onto a wallcovering.
Supplied in 10.05 m rolls at 70 cm wide, Sapelli is hung with a free match and alternate lengths reversed. The specification also lists a 100 cm vertical repeat. Apply paste to the wall. The surface is washable and the covering is dry strippable.
