Voie Lactee by Casamance takes the wave-like band of the Milky Way as the starting point for a celestial design. Iridescent ink and metallic lacquer are layered over the print, drawing light across the star-inspired forms. The smooth non-woven ground provides a contrast to the apparent volume of the surface detail.
Rolls measure 70 cm wide by 10.05 m long. Hang using a half-drop match and a 64 cm vertical repeat, applying paste to the wall. The wallcovering is washable, and the supplier specifies dry stripping for removal. Allow for the offset when estimating the required rolls.
