Arabesque is a wool sheer woven 310 cm wide, so a full-height curtain hangs as one drop with no seam across it. The warp and weft yarns are twisted before weaving and the cloth is relaxed rather than pressed in finishing, which leaves an even, slightly open texture with enough body to fall in soft columns. It filters daylight instead of blocking it, so it suits a window you want softened rather than covered, and it takes a wave or pinch heading well on a long drop. Being wool, it holds its shape better than a synthetic voile, and it should be dressed into its folds once hung. Two colourways: Powder, a warm off-white, and Veil, a cooler white.
