The delicate ripple of the slubs — livelier than a plain, more subtle than a pattern — contrasts with the movement of a twill weave. The resulting wallcovering is understated and ivory-coloured for projects that balance a neutral colour palette with gentle expressivity. The hand-spun silk weft is interlaced with the warp on a manual loom: method and chance conspire to create a lively movement with variations of tone and density.
