An almost calligraphic stroke revisits mankind’s ancient recount of the mountains, of which it writes a new textile chapter on this liseré jacquard. The yarn floats of the weft enable glimpses of the warp: hence an elegant snowy peak emerges. As in a romantic painting by Caspar David Friedrich, or a black and white photograph by Balthasar Burkhard, the icon becomes vibrant matter revealing a different interpretation in the two chromatic versions. Textural, with natural slub knots, its aspect is warm and rich in contrast. Suitable for curtains and upholstery.
