Coromandel is the collection's eponymous design, its name recalling the lacquered export screens once shipped from the historic Coromandel Coast, and the print carries something of that decorative, panel-like quality: a large-scale pattern set at a 63 by 34.5 centimetre repeat on a pure linen ground. It has enough presence to be the single pattern in a room, so keep the rest of the scheme quiet.

The cloth is 100 per cent linen, printed rather than woven, which gives the design a crisp, absorbed line typical of Baker's heritage prints. It is 138 centimetres wide, with a 63 centimetre vertical and 34.5 centimetre horizontal repeat, and no rub count is stated, so treat it as suited to curtains and occasional rather than daily-use upholstery.
