This Nympheus is the Signature wallpaper version of GP & J Baker's documentary archive water lily design, printed on a non-woven ground at the same 61 by 52 centimetre scale as the Crayford paper elsewhere in the range. Where that version is offered in a single archive colourway, this Signature printing opens the design out into a broader palette.
The paper is a 100 per cent non-woven base, 52 centimetres wide, with a 61 centimetre vertical and 52 centimetre horizontal repeat. Five colourways: Multi keeps closest to the archive's original mixed palette, Teal and Soft Blush give the water lily a single strong accent colour, Linen is the quietest neutral option, and Botanical sits between the two in tone.
We would hang Multi or Teal in a bathroom or garden room where the water lily motif belongs, and Linen or Soft Blush in a bedroom that wants the pattern without as much contrast. It pairs naturally with a plain linen or a small check in one of its accent colours for curtains and cushions, keeping any upholstery in the room plain.
