Oleander is a printed wallpaper from GP & J Baker's Oleander collection, the flowering shrub drawn at a generous 61 by 52 centimetre scale on a paper ground rather than a non-woven one. It is the wallpaper companion to the fabrics in the same Oleander book, so a room can carry the print from the wall to the curtain in one considered scheme without a second pattern needing to be found and matched.

The paper is printed rather than non-woven-backed, and the roll is 52 centimetres wide, with a 61 centimetre vertical and 52 centimetre horizontal repeat that runs the roll's full width. There is one colourway, Aqua/Bronze, a blue-green ground carrying the flower in a warmer, metallic-toned line that keeps the print from reading as purely botanical, giving it a little more polish for an evening room.

We use it on a single feature wall in a hallway, dining room or bedroom, where the generous repeat has room to unfold, and it pairs naturally with a plain linen or one of the Oleander fabrics for curtains in the very same room.
