Designed by Angel O'Donnell for Julian Chichester, the Kingly Cabinet's Brutalist-inspired form and grounded base create a striking canvas for intricate marquetry and richly toned lacquer. A bold red lacquer line flows across the doors like a looping thread, turning the piece into a graphic, story-led centrepiece. The sideboard features two cupboards and drawers to the right. Brass coating is a hand-applied finish, moulded and beaten by hand, and Gesso is a hand-applied finish, moulded by hand, so each finish is unique in appearance and texture.
