Zanskar composes theatrical Indian vignettes in multicolour and monochrome on pure linen, small painted scenes carried across the cloth the way panels cross a screen. The linen ground gives the drawing a dry, natural surface that suits its storytelling.

A 100% linen fabric, 140 centimetres wide, it makes curtains and blinds with real narrative presence, and dresses cushions and light upholstery where the scenes can be read. It pairs naturally with plains and the quieter weaves of a scheme. Woven in Italy.
