Nina Campbell | Cloisters

Cloisters is a painterly patchwork of hand-drawn geometric patterns, printed on pure linen, small fields of pattern set against each other the way tiles or quilt pieces are, each drawn with a visible hand so the geometry stays warm. Its colourways were drawn to co-ordinate directly with Pomegranate Trail, and the two are natural partners.

It is printed in India on 100 per cent linen, 137 centimetres wide at a light-to-mid 197 grams per square metre.

The patchwork reads well at every distance, which makes it a generous cloth for curtains and blinds, and it suits cushions, headboards and occasional upholstery, where the hand-drawn character can be enjoyed up close.
