Coromandel translates an embroidered floral trail of Jacobean origin into paper, the winding stems and flowers given a modern interpretation in mica and metallic finishes. The metallic drawing means the pattern changes with the light through the day, legible and soft by daylight, faintly lustrous by lamplight, which is the design's particular charm.

It is made in the United Kingdom on a 150 gram paper. The light-catching surface earns its place in rooms used after dark, dining rooms, halls and stairwells lit by lamps, powder rooms, and it brings a settled, traditional structure to bedrooms without relying on strong colour to do it.
