Nina Campbell | Georgiana

Georgiana is a grand tree of life damask, woven in linen, viscose and silk, with an ombre effect running across the width so the pattern moves through harmonious colours as it travels. The tree of life is the most generous of traditional motifs, and here it is given the cloth it deserves, a quarter silk, with the ombre lending it light.

It is woven in Italy from 50 per cent linen, 25 per cent viscose and 25 per cent silk, 142 centimetres wide.

A cloth of this refinement is for display, full-length curtains above all, panels and bedcovers, headboards, and upholstery only on occasional pieces.
