Gilty Weave takes an interlocking lozenge design first drawn as a wallpaper for the Sylvana collection and translates it into a textured jacquard, the geometry now carried in the relief of the weave rather than on a printed surface. The result reads as a small-scale trellis with real depth, crisp at close range and quietly textural across a room.

Woven in Italy from cotton, viscose and polyamide at 138 centimetres, it has the firm, structured handle a lozenge weave wants. A rub test of 100,000 makes it a genuine workhorse, sound for sofas, dining chairs and window seats in constant use, as well as curtains and blinds. Small geometries of this kind are especially good on shaped or buttoned pieces, where the pattern follows the curves without breaking.
