The posies are properly various, crocuses, irises, cornflowers, chrysanthemums, foxgloves, clematis and lavender among them, so the repeat reads as a gathered garden rather than one flower multiplied.
It is printed in the United Kingdom on a cloth of 55 per cent linen and 45 per cent cotton, 140 centimetres wide at 345 grams per square metre.
