Lattice Gimp Embrasse is a curtain embrasse from Nina Campbell's trimmings collection, its cords worked into the lattice pattern the name describes, a small piece of geometry doing a practical job. An embrasse holds a curtain back from the window, and a good one turns that everyday act into part of the dressing of the room.
It is made in Switzerland from a 60 per cent viscose, 40 per cent cotton blend, measures 6.5 centimetres, and is offered in eight colours across the range. It belongs wherever full-length curtains are dressed properly, drawing the cloth into a clean sweep by day and completing the window as deliberately as the fabric itself.
