Fullerton spreads an all-over design of garden flowers, chrysanthemums, peonies, anemones, tiger tulips and violets, across a cotton-viscose velvet, the digital print sinking into the pile so the flowers gain a depth no flat cloth could give them.
Made in Italy from viscose and cotton with polyester, it is 140 centimetres wide and 520gsm. A rub test result of 100,000 makes it a remarkably hard-working velvet for so decorative a surface, as much at ease on a sofa in daily use as on curtains that carry the garden to the floor.
