Osborne & Little | Iris

Iris sets stylised irises and leaves in an ordered repeat, a design first produced in the early 1970s as a screen-printed two-colour pattern on metallic grounds. It returns here in a modern interpretation with fresh colourings, the original's flat, graphic confidence intact.

Designs from this period sit interestingly on a wall now: stylised enough to read as pattern rather than picture, botanical enough to soften a room.
