Kanoko Grasscloth is the real thing: a sisal grasscloth offered in twelve colours spanning bright and neutral shades, the natural fibre carrying all the slubbed, irregular character that printed imitations can only gesture at. No two lengths are quite alike, which is the material's charm.
Unusually for a natural grasscloth, it has been treated to meet the European fire test BS EN 13501 Class C, S1, d0, which extends its use into contract settings. It suits halls, studies, bedrooms and dining rooms. A 220gsm paper, made in China.
