Livenza is a vertical stripe built from rows of stitch-like patterning, so each band carries its own small texture rather than a solid line of colour. The effect is closer to needlework than print, quiet at a distance and rewarding up close.
Woven in India from cotton with polyester and linen, it weighs 535 grams per metre and has a pliable, textured handle. A rub test of 30,000 makes it a sound choice for domestic upholstery, occasional chairs, headboards and stools, and at 131cm wide it works for curtains and cushions too.
