Osborne & Little | Meridian Stripe

Meridian Stripe is a narrow horizontal stripe woven in closely related tones over natural-coloured grounds, so the bands read less as contrast and more as a gentle gradation. The rhythm is fine and even, giving the cloth a calm, tailored surface.

Woven in Italy from hard-wearing synthetic yarn at 580 grams per metre, it is a dense, substantial cloth with a dry handle. A rub test of 90,000 puts it far beyond the threshold for serious upholstery service, sofas, banquettes and dining chairs in constant use, and the 140cm width means it cuts efficiently for loose covers and curtains alike.
