Osborne & Little | Morar

Morar is an informal stripe of slightly blurred colours, built from a tiny herringbone weave, so the cloth carries two scales at once: the soft bands seen across a room and the fine chevron discovered at arm's length.

It is woven in the United Kingdom from pure wool on a 147cm width at around 53gsm. Wool gives it a dry, matt surface that takes colour gently, which suits the deliberately unsharp stripe. A rub result of 31,000 places it comfortably in regular domestic upholstery, chairs, stools, window seats, with curtains and blinds equally within its range.
