Paloma is a flamboyant composition of ferns and stylised paisley fronds, digitally printed and then embellished with embroidered knots and running stitches, so print gives the design its sweep and the needle gives it texture. It is named after a garden in New Zealand.
Made in India from linen and viscose, it is 144 centimetres wide and 298gsm. As an embroidered cloth without an abrasion rating it is best kept to curtains, blinds, cushions and headboards, where the stitchwork stays out of harm's way.
