Radnor is a damask trellis, two of decoration's oldest devices folded into one: the stately figured form of the damask carried on the open framework of a lattice. The trellis lightens the damask, and the damask dignifies the trellis, each correcting the other's tendency.
The result is formal without weight, which suits dining rooms, halls, bedrooms and sitting rooms alike. The paper is washable, extending it happily into harder-working spaces, and it pairs readily with plains and stripes. Made in the United Kingdom.
