Reef is a basket weave woven with multi-coloured tufted yarns, the tufts surfacing through the grid so the cloth carries flecks of colour within an ordered structure, texture first and pattern second.
Woven in China from polyester and cotton, it is 142 centimetres wide and a substantial 590gsm. A rub test result of 40,000 supports general domestic upholstery, so it sits well on sofas, chairs and ottomans in regular use, where the tufted surface softens wear and disguises the small marks of daily life.
