Rondelle sets rows of small dots in alternating colours across the cloth, a pattern with the regularity of beadwork, reading from a distance as an even, lively texture and up close as a precise little geometry.
It is woven in Turkey from viscose with polyester and cotton, 60, 25 and 15 per cent, on a 136cm width at a substantial 86gsm. A rub result of 62,000 puts it well into serious upholstery service, dining chairs, sofas and stools in daily use, and the small repeat sits neatly on cushions and tailored pieces.
