Samira hand-prints asymmetrical diamonds over a jacquard-woven ikat stripe, so the cloth carries two generations of pattern: the feathered stripe in the weave and the printed diamonds above it. The hand-printing keeps every repeat slightly its own.
Woven and printed in India on pure cotton at 363 grams per metre, it has a dry, crisp handle with the light texture of its jacquard ground. A rub test of 18,000 keeps it to gentler duty: curtains, blinds, cushions, headboards and occasional chairs, with the 135cm width cutting well for full-length drops.
