Osborne & Little | Vana

Vana echoes the quiet of a European forest, its pine trees and evergreens embroidered across a linen union ground. The trees are worked in stitch rather than print, so each one stands in slight relief, and the cloth carries the stillness of its subject.

Made in India on a ground of linen, cotton and viscose at 430 grams per metre, it has a dry, natural handle with the raised texture of the embroidery above it. As an embroidered cloth it is best where the stitching is visible and lightly used: curtains, blinds, headboards, cushions and occasional upholstery, with the 129cm width shaping well around smaller pieces.
