Osborne & Little | Zelda

Zelda is a velvet spot at mid scale, drawn informally and grouped in bold colours, so the dot reads as playful rather than polka-neat, each spot a small pool of pile on the ground. It is named after Zelda Fitzgerald, wife of F. Scott Fitzgerald.

The cloth is woven in Belgium from viscose with polyester and a little cotton, on a 139cm width at around 78gsm. A rub result of 22,000 places it with lighter domestic use, occasional chairs, cushions, headboards, and with curtains and blinds, where the velvet spots catch the light against the flatter ground.
