Osborne & Little | Zouina

Zouina is an artisanal textured stripe worked in vertical embroidery, the stitching laid in striking colours so each band carries the slight irregularity of the needle rather than the flatness of a print. The name is the Moroccan word for pretty.

Made in India from cotton and viscose with polyester, it is 125 centimetres wide and 445gsm. As an embroidered cloth without an abrasion rating it is best used decoratively, in curtains, blinds, cushions and headboards, where the stitched stripe can be seen and touched rather than worn.
