Bergen is a modernist evocation of the fogs over the Scandinavian fjords: large, gradated checks that dissolve softly at their edges, as if seen through weather. The hand is particularly soft and woolly, and the cloth is suitable for seating, woven in Pierre Frey's EPV-certified workshops in the north of France. Atmosphere, in other words, with proper structural credentials.
