Pierre Frey | Bold – Sketch

India Mahdavi built her collection for Pierre Frey around velvet — a material invented in Kashmir, known there as swansdown, used first in Iran and only later brought to Europe. Bold is the mohair version, and the softness is remarkable. The nap is trimmed close, which gives this plain its density and a particular kind of comfort underhand.
