Calathea is a contemporary drawing by the artist Carla Talopp: an abundant jungle in which feathers and leaves merge until one cannot say where plumage ends and foliage begins. The printing sets delicate opaque inks against a pearlescent ground, and the contrast gives the wall a distinctive rhythm as light moves across it. Printed in wide width on a non-woven backing, it turns a room gently tropical.
