Daphne comes from a 1940s design in the Pierre Frey archives: large laurel leaves drawn in ink, graphic enough to feel like a plunge into a garden in the South of France. It is printed on sisal laminated to a non-woven backing, which gives the wall a warm, slightly coarse grain beneath the drawing. The design is also produced as a fabric, under reference F3894.
