Pierre Frey | Feuilles de chene

Feuilles de Chene reproduces the druggets that were fashionable in the second half of the eighteenth century and were used, above all, in men's dress. As a Toile de Tours the pattern is woven rather than printed, which gives it the slightly blurred edge the original cloths had. Small in scale and sober in intent — a fabric with a tailoring sensibility rather than a decorative one.
