Gipsy looks bohemian and is in fact carefully built: an elegant chenille warp crossed by a weft that is deliberately rustic, so refinement and roughness are held in the same cloth. It reads as a semi-plain from any distance. Woven in Pierre Frey's workshops in the north of France and durable enough for real seating use, which the informality of its appearance rather disguises.
