Hedera is drawn from a 1950s design preserved in the heritage collection, its pattern inspired by climbing ivy. It is manufactured using the Axminster Fast-track technique in a wide-width quality, which makes it particularly suitable for high-traffic areas and staircases, places where a carpet must work hard as well as look considered. The ivy gives it a natural, unforced rhythm, botanical without being florid, and the woven construction keeps the drawing crisp underfoot.
