L'Atelier d'Isabelle 2 reproduces the protective cloth on which Isabelle de Borchgrave painted her works, a fabric that absorbed repeated gestures, experiments and overflows until it captured the very life of the studio. Each stain and stroke bears the mark of a moment of work, an indirect portrait of the artist herself. Faithfully reproduced with an innovative technique, the motif is rendered in 3D on a textile base laminated to a non-woven backing, in panoramic format.
