Les Anemones was painted by the Scottish ceramicist Rachael Cocker, its forms reminiscent of sea anemones, and is produced by traditional rotary screen printing. The choice of technique is sympathetic: the rotary screen keeps something of the artist's handwork and gesture in every repeat, just as her pottery does. It is a lovely example of one craft translated through another, ceramics, painting and printing each leaving their trace on the wall.
