Les Petits Chats de Colette assembles the whole cat family: Balou, Princesse, Plume and their companions, some resting after playing with balls of wool, others dreaming of a good meal, the smallest hiding. The animated composition was made by Colette, aged twelve, in mixed techniques and collage, and the paper preserves the freshness of that young hand. It is a genuinely joyful wallpaper for children's rooms, affectionate rather than cute.
