Les Rois de la Jungle is a pop, whimsical vision of the savanna, its panthers, lions and tigers prowling among lush, stylised vegetation. The work was hand-crafted with felt pens and paint, and the printing on vinyl preserves the directness of those materials, the confident outlines, the flat generous shapes. It is a paper with the energy of illustration rather than the politeness of pattern, made for rooms, and children, with appetite.
