Pierre Frey | Natalie – Stained oak, water-based varnish

Zanellato and Bortotto were taken with the atmosphere of the old Parisian cultural salons, and named this line for Natalie Clifford Barney — the American woman of letters whose salon on the rue Jacob, dedicated to women, ran through the interwar years. The generous curves give it the standing of a decorator's piece, while the underlying structure quietly argues with the classical codes it appears to accept.
